SCOPE

These terms apply to the sale of products or services on the tag4u.fr website. Consequently, the fact of placing an order on www.tag4u.fr implies the buyer’s full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

PRICES

Our prices are indicated in euros including all taxes. Only professionals with a VAT number can be invoiced excluding tax for EU countries. TAG4U reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration of the orders, subject to availability on that date.

The products remain the property of TAG4U until the goods have been paid for in full.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping within 24/48 hours for all Destinations, from the receipt of your payment (except weekends and public holidays).

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery is free for France in green letters. For other countries (Europe) a fee of €1.00 will be charged. There is no delivery outside Europe.

DELIVERY TIME

All our shipments are made at the green letter rate. Delivery time varies depending on the destination. Deliveries are made in France and abroad by La Poste. The order is deposited directly in your mailbox (no parcel). TAG4U will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to postal malfunctions (total or partial strikes, floods, fires, etc.).

PAYMENTS

TAG4U provides you with 2 payment methods at its launch

  1. Credit card (secure payment) by the service provider SUMUP
  2. PayPal

Any order placed online will be confirmed to the buyer by TAG4U with the sending by e-mail of a payment validation within minutes.

PRODUCT COMPLIANCE

Important information: Before validating your order, it is important to check the spelling of your text as well as the criteria chosen for your personalization. In the event of an error on your part, we will unfortunately not be able to compensate you or put your product back into production at no cost.

However, if you notice a defect in the manufacture or customization of the product on our part, we undertake to immediately remanufacture the product concerned and deliver it, free of charge.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

The right of withdrawal of use applied in the field of sales cannot be exercised for products personalized according to the specificities of the consumer in accordance with Article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code.

For any product that does not comply with your order, you have a period of 10 days from receipt of your order to return the goods to us.

Please note : All returns must be subject to prior agreement

  1. Contact us by phone at (+33) 04.11.93.42.93 or by e-mail to inform us of the error. We will give you a return number to include on your shipment.
  2. The products must be returned to our address by post at the normal rate, in their original and complete packaging, accompanied by your return number.
  3. After verification of the non-conformity of the product by our services, your goods will be immediately replaced and your shipping costs reimbursed according to the postal rate in force.

RESPONSIBILITY

The products offered comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France. TAG4U cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered (for example in the event of a ban on a product, etc.). It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities about the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.

The photos are provided for illustrative purposes. We invite you to refer to the description of each product to find out its precise characteristics.

APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES

This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the court of Montpellier will have sole jurisdiction.

PERSONAL DATA

The data recorded will not be entrusted to third parties for commercial purposes under any circumstances, but will only be used to manage your orders, to inform you of new products or promotions within our company. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning you. To do this, simply send us a request online or by post, indicating your surname, first name and address.
