The idea for Tag4u was born from a small unexpected event… and a big trip. In 2023, one of our children went on a school trip to an English school. Anxious to prepare everything as best as possible, we had carefully labeled their clothes with tags bought at a haberdashery. Unfortunately, after the very first wash, they had all disappeared. Not a name, not a trace. A familiar situation for many parents!
This minor inconvenience planted a seed. What if we created labels that were attractive, easy to apply, and truly durable enough to withstand the daily wear and tear of children’s lives? The idea slowly matured, between loads of laundry and school bags. After a few months of reflection, testing, prototypes (and labels stuck on everything in sight), Tag4u was officially born in September 2024 and launched in June 2025 with the opening of its website.
Today, we offer personalised labels for clothing and other items, designed in France and perfectly suited for nurseries, schools, summer camps, boarding schools or stays with grandparents.
